If you have contacted us and are not satisfied either with our Customer Service Team reply or your case resolution, you may escalate your concern to the Management by forwarding your initial correspondence to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your expectations. We will do our utmost to resolve your case within 10 days to your satisfaction.
IMPORTANT: In any case you must first contact our Customer Service Team. Any direct queries sent to management bypassing our Customer Service assistance will be forwarded to the relevant team for processing.
